ABOUT ME

I'm a Gold Coast–based psychologist and co-founder of The Lavarack Rooms. With over a decade of experience across forensic settings and private practice, I bring a deep understanding of how people think, feel, and navigate life's more complex moments.

My therapeutic style is grounded, warm, and genuinely human. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported—a place where you can slow down, gain clarity, and make sense of the experiences shaping your wellbeing. Therapy is collaborative: I bring clinical expertise, and you bring your lived experience. Together, we develop insight, direction, and practical strategies that support lasting change.

I have a particular interest in women's health, including fertility, reproductive mental health, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as identity, relationships, and significant life transitions. I also work extensively with trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, and ADHD.

Although I hold a forensic endorsement, this serves as an added layer of clinical depth rather than the focus of my practice. It strengthens my ability to understand behaviour, context, and complexity with curiosity, precision, and nuance.

Ultimately, my aim is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationship with your mind and nervous system, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
