I offer individual therapy for adults, using a blend of talk-based therapy, psychoeducation, and evidence-based psychological approaches tailored to your specific needs. I work across a wide range of areas, including anxiety, trauma, identity, emotional regulation, ADHD, fertility challenges, and the postpartum experience.

My focus is on helping you understand your internal world, make sense of the patterns that shape your day-to-day life, and build practical tools that support genuine, sustainable change. The space we create together is designed to feel clear, grounded, and attuned; supporting you not just in the room, but in the moments that matter outside it.

To claim a Medicare rebate under the Better Access Initiative, you will require a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) completed by your General Practitioner. If eligible, this provides access to up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. The current rebate through Medicare is $98.95.

A progress report is required and will be provided to your GP, outlining general updates and recommendations for ongoing care.

I provide comprehensive ADHD assessments for adults aged 18 years and older. These assessments are evidence-based, thorough, and designed to provide clarity around attention, executive functioning, and any overlapping or differential diagnoses.

The assessment process typically includes:

  • Evidence-based questionnaires and psychometric assessments

  • A detailed developmental and clinical history

  • A structured diagnostic interview using the DIVA-5

  • A written diagnostic report including recommendations

  • A feedback session to discuss results and next steps

The total cost for the assessment is determined on an individual basis, depending on complexity and any differential diagnoses identified throughout the process.
Most assessments are $1,250, however this may vary and will be discussed prior to commencing.
